My Journey into the world of flavor began in childhood, riding alongside my father on a bicycle, peddling organic spices to eager customers. Those early adventures ignited a fire within me for the rich and diverse tastes of Indian cuisine.
It was during those formative years that I discovered my love for Authentic Samosas. From my sixth-grade days to adulthood, I’ve been enamored with the art of crafting these delicious treats. Starting from my humble apartment kitchen, I embarked on a mission to share my Passion with the world.
With pots bubbling and spices sizzling, I poured my heart into each samosa, infusing them with the essence of tradition and authenticity. The response from my neighbors and friends was overwhelming, spurring me to turn my culinary hobby into a full-fledged business.
Today, Samosa Factory stands as a testament to my dedication and entrepreneurial spirit. What began as a small-scale operation has blossomed into a thriving enterprise, serving both retail and Wholesale customers with the same commitment to quality and taste.

Jayesh Patel’s life is a shining example of the rewards of hard work, determination, and pursuing one’s passion. From humble beginnings to building a successful business, Jayesh’s Journey is an inspiration to entrepreneurs everywhere.
Born with a strong sense of responsibility, Jayesh made the difficult decision to drop out of school in 8th standard to support his family. He moved to Mumbai, where he worked tirelessly in his uncle’s store in Govandi, learning the intricacies of the business over five years. his dedication and work ethic caught the attention of his uncle, who recognized his potential and decided to take him to the United States. In Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, Jayesh worked in an Indian grocery store, refining his skills and developing a deeper understanding of the Food Industry.
Jayesh’s passion for food, particularly Indian cuisine, led him to contemplate starting his own business. With the support of a partner, Jayesh’s vision took shape, and together, they founded Samosa Factory. Through sheer hard work and determination, Jayesh and his partner transformed their vision into a reality. Samosa Factory quickly gained popularity, becoming the only company in the United States to manufacture and sell a wide variety of homemade Samosas across the country.
